16th SCA/SMA Grand Alumni Homecoming (2026)
House Rules and Regulation
The SCA/SMA Grand Alumni Homecoming shall have the following House Rules and Regulations.

1. Batch Official Representative
All participating alumni Batches shall appoint their official representative to register and coordinate with the different programs and activities during the event as well as uphold and implement the house rules and regulation for a successful and enjoyable celebration. It is highly recommended that the batch representative is currently address in Hinoba-an for fast and easy coordination with the committee.

2. Registration
The official representative of the participating alumni batches shall register his or her batch to the ALUMNI TREASURER, to be officially recognize and identified as the official participating alumni batch. The registration fee is Six Thousand Pesos (6,000.00) for which the One thousand (1,000.00) Pesos will be covered for our raffle and for any damages in your designated area/space or uncleaned after the event the cash bond/security deposit will be forfeited and will be used to cover all the expenses in the cleaning and clearing of your designated area. While an alumnus batch 2022 – 2023 they have there registration for only Two Thousand Pesos (2,000.00). Batch 2024 – 2026 are exempted in registration but they have to wait if there is remaining space but if no more space we can barrow rooms or look for a space that they can put their canopy/booth… Exempted from the registration Fee are the Host Batches of 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000.

3. Participants
Are the alumnus of SCA/SMA and should wear the official alumni t-shirt at all times for official identification while visitors can wear any colored t-shirt except white, and shall not allowed to wear the official alumni t-shirt.

4. Guest and visitors
Non Alumni of SCA/SMA whose friends, family or relative not graduated in the school. May also join in the SCA/SMA Grand alumni homecoming as invited guest or visitor provided that he or she will abide by the rules and regulation of the Alumni. The batch or alumni who invited the guests or visitors will be responsible or held liable for their invited guests or visitors.

5. Official T-shirt
The official t-shirt shall have one print design and the official color for alumnus is plain white. T-shirt can only be sold through identified official t-shirt distributors. Alumni are encourage to order the official t-shirt to the authorize distributors to patronize our fellow alumni enterprises. A souvenir t-shirt for direct family should be in color blue, for friends, visitors and guests is in yellow. The host batches shall be exempted from this rule. Schedule of T-shirt: The official T-shirt design should be wear on the first day especially during the caravan and on the 2ND Day. For those batches who has prepared designs of their own for their batch T-shirt will have a freedom to wear it on the 2nd day.

6. Booth Assignment and setup
Booth assignment is 1st to register, 1st to be served. In the event that you have registered, your batch you will be given the opportunity to choose which area or part of the SMA ground you can setup your canopy/booth, except for the Batches 50s, 60s to 75 which will be given top priority for their safety and convenience. It is highly recommended to use free setup canopy for better and cleaner physical setup. Lot area is 9 feet by 9 feet in size per batch. The participating alumni batch is responsible for their booth setup on May 6 - 7, 2023 Starting 8:00 A. M. until 12 Midnight. and the aftercare on May 10, 2023 starting 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. For esthetic purposes all batches is encourage to decorate or beautify their booth for a unique and exciting presentation. Special awards await for the cleanest and unique booth.

7. Canteen
The canteen shall be exclusive to Milo Edjan – Navarro (ALUMNUS). No other entity or alumni shall be allowed to open a canteen inside the school campus. Beer and soft drinks shall be exclusively sold at the canteen and not allowed to purchase from outside store.

8. The Event
The SCA/SMA Alumni will be celebrating the Balik Pagkit-ay 2026 with the theme “ THROWBACK, HIGHSCHOOL LIFE ”. It is a fund raising activity to support our Dear Almater the St. Michael’s Academy for its dynamic development and improvement which aims to produce an excellent and productive professionals and member of the community. Part of the funds shall become the alumni mobilization and operational funds. All participating alumni batches is highly encourage to participate in all fund raising programs and activities while having a good time with the fellow alumnus. A private batch activities can also be allowed during the batch hour provided that it has a clearance and approval from the host batches. The host batches is responsible for the event rules and mechanics. Guidelines for event participation: Please register directly to Host Batches in-charge per event. All batches are required to join at least 1 event as listed: Parlor Games and other activities, Caravan and SCA/SMA King and Queen 2026 is mandatory. Failure to join the caravan has a penaty of P500 and P1,000.00 for not joining the King and Queen.

9. Peace and Orderliness
All participating alumni batches shall at all time keep the peace and orderliness during the conduct of the event. It is highly expected from everyone to keep a friendly and happy atmosphere during the event. In case of Emergency, a health and peace and order station is available at the main entrance gate of the school.

10. Cleanliness and Sanitation
Garbage shall be disposed properly at the nearest garbage bin, or to be sealed and left in area of pickup required by waste management team – to be identified and disseminated via FACEBOOK GROUP CHAT, or to be pulled out after every end of the event. All Batches are required to have a garbage bin and should make sure their space is keep clean at all times.

12. Schedule of Activities
Daily schedule of activities will be disseminated on or before May 8, 2026 and during the event day by the secretariat.

13. INGRESS: May 6, 2026 – 8AM to 12 Mid Night | EGRESS: May 10, 2026 – 8AM to 12 Mid Night
During the ingress and egress all vehicles are not allowed to enter the SMA Grounds and until/during the event day. Except for emergency cases. All bulletins / circulars issued by the Alumni Host Batches before and during the event shall form part of the rules and regulations pertaining to the SCA/SMA Grand Alumni Homecoming. Participating alumni batches are required to participate the program and activities for the whole duration of the event. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the SCA/SMA Grand Alumni Homecoming, shall be subject to removal from the event, and have a penaty of P1000. Abide by the laws, rules and regulations and ordinances pertaining to maintenance of peace and order.

14. CONFIRMATION
Upon signature hereof, the Participating Alumni Batches and the Host Batches confirm the covenants of this house rule and regulation.

15. LIMITATIONS
The participating alumni batches shall solely be responsible for the death, disease, or injury of its batch and/or any guests or third persons, any loss or damage of its properties arising from any source or cause in connection with the SCA/SMA Grand Alumni Homecoming 2026. The participating alumni batches shall hold the Host Batches and its sponsors forever free from all claims, damages, and expenses of whatever kind and nature in connection with this SCA/SMA Grand Alumni homecoming.
