A fruitful and meaningful day indeed for the learners of Bayog Elementary School as the school successfully conducted an Oral Health Education and Dental Extraction Activity on March 9, 2026. This important initiative aimed to promote proper oral hygiene and raise awareness among pupils about the value of maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
The activity was led by Dr. Jerrilyn C. Agosto, together with Ma’am Camille M. Gangoso and their dedicated team, who generously shared their expertise and services with the school community. Dr. Agosto provided an informative discussion on proper dental care practices, emphasizing the importance of regular brushing, healthy eating habits, and routine dental check-ups to prevent tooth decay and other oral health problems.
Following the educational session, dental extraction services were also provided to selected learners who were in need of immediate dental attention. This greatly helped address common dental concerns among pupils and contributed to improving their overall health and well-being.
Bayog Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Agosto, Ma’am Gangoso, and their team for their time, effort, and commitment to promoting better oral health among our learners. Your support and compassion truly made a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
Activities like this reflect the school’s continuous commitment to ensuring not only the academic growth of learners but also their physical health and well-being. Thank you for helping us create brighter and healthier smiles for our children!
