๐ข CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: O/S PANGILINAN โ TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM (TDP) FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2026โ2027 ๐พ๐
The Office of Senator Francis "Kiko" N. Pangilinan, in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), is now accepting applications for the O/S Pangilinan โ Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) for Academic Year 2026โ2027.
This educational grant aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students enrolled in agriculture-related degree programs who are conducting extension work, on-the-job training (OJT), internship, or research extension activities in farming and fishing communities. The program seeks to reduce the financial burden associated with field-based academic requirements while strengthening agricultural extension services nationwide.
Program Duration:
Academic Year 2026โ2027
A. ๐จโ๐พ Who May Apply?
๐Applicants must be enrolled in a CHED-recognized bachelor's degree program in any of the following fields:
* Agriculture
* Fisheries
* Forestry
* Agricultural Engineering
* Agribusiness
* Veterinary Medicine
* Other agriculture-related programs
๐ Applicants must also be enrolled in a State University or College (SUC) or State Agricultural University and College (SAUC) and be currently undergoing or scheduled to undergo any of the following:

Community Extension Work as part of the curriculum
* Agricultural technology transfer
* Farm demonstrations
* Cooperative development
โ
On-the-Job Training (OJT) or Internship in:
* Farms
* Fishing communities
* Agricultural cooperatives
* Department of Agriculture (DA) field offices
* Agri-enterprises
โ
Research Extension Activities
Involving direct work with farmers or fisherfolk.

B. ๐ฐ Financial Assistance
Qualified beneficiaries shall receive:
๐ต โฑ7,500.00 per semester
The financial assistance shall be directly deposited to the student's bank account, with CHED-UniFAST facilitating the release of the grant.

C. ๐ Documentary Requirements
Interested applicants must submit the following documents:

Duly Accomplished TDP Application Form (to be issued by CHED-UniFAST)

Certificate of Registration (COR)
โ
Official Study Load or Prospectus indicating OJT/Extension Subject (if available)

Certificate of Indigency
โ
Photocopy of a Valid Government-issued ID and/or validated School ID
If a Certificate of Indigency cannot be secured, applicants may submit either of the following:
* Certificate of Tax Exemption
* Social Case Study Report

๐ Obligations of Grantees
Successful applicants are expected to:
* Complete the required extension work or OJT hours prescribed by CHED and their institution.
* Submit a Field Accomplishment Report after completing their deployment, detailing the services rendered, technologies demonstrated, and beneficiaries assisted.

* All applications are subject to evaluation, validation, and approval by CHED.
* Selected applicants will be notified through their registered email address and mobile number.
* Only applicants with complete, valid, and readable documentary requirements will be processed.
* The grant may be suspended or terminated for reasons such as failure to comply with school retention policies, submission of falsified documents, or unauthorized simultaneous availment of multiple national government-funded financial assistance programs, subject to the provisions of the CHED-UniFAST TDP Guidelines.
