November 8, 2024, | This year's Hinigaran National High School's Reading Month Celebration Kicked-off by introducing not one, but two mystery readers: Parinajeee a famous content creator from Isabela, Negros Occidental, and District V's Congressman, Atty. Emilio Bernadino ''Dino'' Yulo together with his Mascot Super Dino at the Hinigaran NHS Quadrangle.

An interesting story was read prior to the big reveal-afterwards they both asked questions to the crowd regarding the story, encouraging students to answer via the Php500 Prize along with a lunch box.

This program officially opens 2024's Reading Month Celebration, launching the activities students can join throughout the rest of November to the first week of December; a lot are expected to happen within the following weeks such as competitions and another upcoming pageantry.
