A New Chapter Begins: NSTP Office Groundbreaking at WVSU-Himamaylan City Campus

Today, 10 June 2026, we gather with great excitement and pride as we officially hold the groundbreaking ceremony for our new NSTP Office!

This meaningful milestone was made possible through the generous support and presence of Hon. Raymund G. Tongson, Mayor of Himamaylan City, together with Dr. Genesis G. Camarista, Ma'am Jelyn R. Plagata, MSg Eddie B. Perez (Res) PA, and Executive Assistant Boyen Vallejera.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to the dedicated personnel of the 542nd Engineer Combat Battalion and the 94th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army. Through their hard work and commitment, this important project has moved from vision to reality.

This new facility will serve as a dedicated space to strengthen our NSTP programs, support student service, and further nurture the spirit of volunteerism and leadership among our youth. It stands as a testament to what we can achieve when government, the military, and the academic community work hand in hand.

Hereโ€™s to building a better environment for learning, service, and nation-building!
