Submission of ILP Applications for UA - Hamtic Campus is extended until August 3, 2026 (Monday).
Applicants may get a copy of the Application Form at the UA-HC SASD Office and may send their video to the official UA-HC SASD email "[email protected]".

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS!
In partnership with the Landbank Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) with the theme, “600@60: Developing Scholars and Nurturing Talents Towards Serving the Nation” the Landbank of the Philippines will support sixty (60) scholars from sixty (60) of the Agricultural provinces in the country. This scholarship program aims to support underprivileged but deserving students who are children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fishers (SFFs).
Fifteen (15) eligible courses identified by the Bank and offered by State Universities, and Colleges (SUCs) are listed below.
1. Agribusiness Management
2. Horticulture
3. Animal Science
4. Food Technology
5. Agricultural Engineering
6. IT Engineering
7. Environmental Science
8. Industrial/Management Engineering
9. Geodetic Engineering
10. Civil Engineering
11. Mechanical Engineering
12. Accounting
13. Information Technology
14. Data Analytics/Science
15. Real State Management
: Other agriculture-related courses may be considered subject to the deliberation of the Selection Committee.
Who are eligible?
Resident of Antique
Children/Grandchildren of ARBs or Small Farmers and Fishers (registered in RSBSA)
Incoming 1st year College Student
With a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their senior high school class
Must NOT enjoy any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship
Annual total family income must not exceed Php300,000.00
Applicants may submit the following documents on or before August 3, 2026 (Monday) at the UA - Hamtic Campus Student Affairs and Services Division (SASD) Office.
1. Duly filled-out and signed ILP (Iskolar ng Landbank Program) Application Form (to be availed from the UA - HC SASD Office) and complete supporting documents
2. Pre-recorded video (maximum of 3 minutes) for brief self-introduction, and to answer the following questions to be sent to the UA-HC SASD email; "[email protected]" or in person:
a. “Why am I pursuing my chosen course?”
b. How do I see myself for nation building?”
