Camp Kainomayan, Botolan, Zambales | December 14–21, 2025

The spirit of brotherhood, leadership, and service came alive as Filipino Scouts took part in the 33rd Asia-Pacific Scout Jamboree held at Camp Kainomayan in Botolan, Zambales from December 14 to 21, 2025. For the participating delegates, the jamboree was more than a camp—it was a one-of-a-kind, first-hand experience that nurtured character, strengthened skills, and created friendships that crossed borders.

Representing Gov. Julio V. Macuja MCHS (Hamtic North) with pride were Sct. Ramsis Del Rosario, Sct. Nicole Angelie Baldove, Sct. Maxin Delgado, Sct. Yonder Bon Santillan, and Sct. Gieyan Salvaloza, together with their dedicated Scout Leaders Sctr. Ramon Barcebal Jr., Sctr. Maria Lenissie Clutario, and Sctr. Jovelyn Villahermosa. Throughout the eight-day international gathering, they stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow Scouts from across the Asia-Pacific region, united by the Scout Oath and Law.

Each day was filled with meaningful activities designed to develop leadership, resilience, teamwork, and cultural understanding. From survival skills and environmental stewardship workshops to leadership challenges and community-building exercises, the Scouts learned by doing—embracing responsibility, adaptability, and service.

The guidance of the Scout Leaders played a vital role in shaping the experience. Through mentorship and example, Sctr. Ramon Barcebal Jr., Sctr. Maria Lenissie Clutario, and Sctr. Jovelyn Villahermosa ensured that safety, discipline, and learning went hand in hand. Their leadership empowered the Scouts to step up, lead with confidence, and live out the values of Scouting in every activity.

As the jamboree concluded, the Scouts returned home carrying more than souvenirs. They brought with them new skills, broadened perspectives, and strengthened values—ready to apply what they learned in their schools, barangays, and future endeavors. The 33rd Asia-Pacificl Scout Jamboree proved to be a transformative journey, one that will remain etched in their memories as a defining chapter of growth, friendship, and lifelong learning.

Indeed, Camp Kainomayan was not just a destination—it was a milestone in shaping young leaders committed to service, unity, and a better world.
