𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 💚

In celebration of National Mental Health Week 2025, the youth of Hagonoy National High School took part in a simple yet meaningful activity—posting printed motivational quotes around the school campus. ✨

These uplifting messages serve as daily reminders for students and teachers to take care of their mental well-being, stay positive amidst challenges, and remind one another that it’s okay to not be okay. Each quote reflects the compassion, creativity, and awareness of our young advocates for mental health.

Through this initiative, Hagonoy NHS continues to promote a supportive and caring environment where every learner feels seen, valued, and inspired. Together, we move forward with kindness and understanding—because a healthy mind is the foundation of a brighter future. 🌿
