Team building is usually where a companion or the harmony of a group or an organization is being strengthened, thus the purpose of this activity is to lend each other a right hand as they become open in the field of business they need to know that even those who we consider as enemies are partners. Even the threats in your business may give you maximum support in a business.

In the team building a group was again formed the initial task was to make a cheer for each group wherein they must be united to form one. The groups were formed in accordance with our differences in which they will be able to practice the sense of harmony without being common in things. During the program the sweats seem to be the foundation of the fruitful outcome wherein they manifest care to each as they strive for the utmost given goal. Competitiveness was the factor that keeps every team going that is also a top-tier thing to be considered when it comes to making a business. The plan before the game and letting the opponent not know the second move. In the epilogue of the activity they were seen to build a relationship wherein a much closer taken picture was formed into the members of the club. Chamber of Young Business Executives built a new home in their triumph after going to the challenges given with synergy as it was formed. To be integrated with this quotation from a research the importance and main purpose of team building is to create a strong team through forming bonds and connections. Creating these bonds through team building is very beneficial to businesses and organizations. Outmost connections in businesses are gathered through mass communication that they are able to express themselves into hyping one another in an organization, a helping hand.

Chamber of Young Business Executives found significant places in one another; they were able to practice companionship and synergy through this activity. As future entrepreneurs they need investors to entail their needs in a company thus the Chamber of Young Business Executives members were tasked to propose a business in character of being the entrepreneurs proposing for their investors. The panel which is the moderator is the one that scores and act as the investor.

This club meeting was held online due to the cause of back-flooding and cancellation of class but the plan was made successful by the members together with their mentors. An integration of what they have learned from the previous topics they had in line with their academic strand Accountancy, Business and Management. From a spin wheel the mentor chose who will be the initial presenter up until the last to present. Every task was given an effort by the in-character executives that they made use of their creative back-row minds as they try to row with what the investor is looking for. The presentations were made successful through their extensive ways of presenting. Chamber of Young Business Executives (CYBE), in line with the capability of each member in the club rendering the demand of leadership; the club needs to practice a democratic way of choosing a leader to be in a position. As it continuously molds the self-credence of the individuals joined, they need people that will be able to shed light in their forth-growing minds.

During the induction of officers, there was a time lent for a debate between choosing in a queue opt for the highest position to lead. The members used a ballot box to collect the paper with a written name of each candidate. In their candidacy they invoke their right to say their credentials and platforms for the whole year of club meetings. Upon hearing a pile of the platforms, a spare time was spent for the members to think about who would vote for the position. In the willingness of those who stood for a position in the officers, their plans begin to be well-traced. Stated in a research, leaders help to communicate the vision and mission of the firm to employees. This provides direction and helps everybody identify the roles that best fit skills and experiences. Through clear communication, leaders encourage their subordinates to act for the actualization of objectives. To be integrated to this psychoanalysis therefore the students will be able to hone themselves through directions of the leaders that may perhaps be the pillar of the future. A seminar introducing the club has been given justice by the club moderator who spoke a lot about the experiences of him back when he was still in the field of business management wherein he tried to pace through and give indications to what a business executive might done in the future.
