Paalala: Mga dapat tandaan base sa DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026, ito ay ang 4H Framework for Learning Continuity in Emergencies.

HAYO (Continue): Regular in-person classes proceed as normal when conditions are completely safe.

HINAY (Ease-in): School hours are reduced, pacing is slowed, and workloads are lightened to adapt to mild disruptions.

HINGA(Check-in): Academics are paused or slowed down to prioritize mental health, emotional care, and wellness checks during recovery.

HINTO (Stop): Academic requirements are totally suspended when safety is highly at risk, prioritizing emergency response and basic needs.

Dahil sa mataas na lebel ng high tide,ipatutupad ng DepEd Tayo Bulacan- Sta Elena Elementary School ang Flexible Learning Modality simula Hulyo13 hanggang 17, 2026 bilang pag-iingat sa panganib na maaaring maidulot nito sa ating mga mag-aaral, mga g**o at kawani.

Kaya ating itinatagubilin na manatili sa loob ng tahanan ang bawat isa habang nasa ilalim ng HINAY, nag-iingat at nag-aaral.

During the Flag Raising Ceremony at DepEd Tayo Bulacan- Sta Elena Elementary School our District Supervisor Dr. Lourdes T. Villena graced the occasion with her presence and delivered an inspiring message.
She emphasized the importance of waste segregation as a vital practice in caring for our environment and instilling responsibility among learners.Dr. Villena also reminded the students to be mindful and careful in every action they take — whether inside the classroom or beyond — highlighting that discipline and awareness are essential values that guide them toward becoming responsible citizens.

Amid the challenges brought about by the high tide from June 16 to 19, 2026, DepEd Tayo Bulacan – Sta. Elena Elementary School once again demonstrated resilience and dedication to continuous learning through the effective implementation of flexible learning modalities.
Ensuring the safety of both learners and teachers, the school promptly shifted to alternative learning delivery methods. Despite the physical barriers caused by flooding, education remained uninterrupted. Teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 6 showed unwavering commitment as they prepared and distributed learning materials, guided learners remotely, and maintained communication through various platforms suitable to the needs of their pupils.
Learners, on the other hand, embraced the situation with remarkable enthusiasm. With the support of their parents and guardians, they actively participated in the assigned learning tasks, whether through modular learning, online sessions, or blended approaches. Their zest for learning was evident as they diligently accomplished activities, demonstrating that education can thrive even beyond the traditional classroom.
The spirit of bayanihan was strongly felt throughout the school community. Teachers extended patience and creativity in delivering lessons, while parents played a vital role in guiding and motivating their children at home. This collaboration ensured that no learner was left behind despite the circumstances.
The experience during these days serves as a testament to the school’s preparedness, adaptability, and commitment to quality education. It also highlights the strength and unity of the Sta. Elena Elementary School community in overcoming challenges together.
Indeed, the flexible learning modality implemented during this period not only sustained learning continuity but also strengthened the resiliency, cooperation, and passion for education among teachers and learners alike.
