ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 19
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:
π National Capital Region (NCR)
π Abra
π Benguet
π Ilocos Sur
π La Union
π Pangasinan
π Bataan
π Bulacan
π Nueva Ecija
π Pampanga
π Tarlac
π Zambales
π Batangas
π Cavite
π Laguna
π Rizal
π Occidental Mindoro
π Oriental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Upang masig**o ang kaligtasan ng lahat, mananatili muna tayo sa ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE OF LEARNING (ADL) β sa pamamagitan ng ONLINE o MODULAR na pag-aaral.
Huwag po munang pumunta sa paaralan ang mga mag-aaral. Mag-aaral tayo mula sa sariling tahanan habang hinihintay na maging ligtas ang lahat.
Ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ang laging uunahin. Mag-aral nang may sigla kahit saan man tayo naroroon!

Hangga Elementary School headed by our School Principal, Ma'am Estelita C. Sarto, wants to extend our deepest gratitude to our kind and beloved Mayor Rosario "Ate Charo" Sy-Alvarado. Thank you for checking on and ensuring the well-being and current situation of our people.
We also thank Sir Richiboy Mendoza, Kons Crisostomo Jhong, MDRRMβs Sir RJ Crisostomo, and Barangay Captain Danilo Jumaquio.
Our sincere appreciation to the Municipal Councilors: Councilor Glenn Sarto, Councilor Darwin Dela Cruz, Councilor Carlo Cudia, Councilor Pedro "Kap" Santos, and Councilor Teton Tanjuan.
We also thank the attending doctors and nurses, the police force, LGU and barangay officials.
