BSBA – HRM4 successfully held its first seminar, “𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁: 𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗥 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀”, yesterday—November 7, 2025.

With Ms. Jessabel M. Nuyda as the resource speaker, the event provided BSBA students with a closer look at the recruitment process and the role of HR in identifying the right people for the right positions.

Last September 4, 2025, a minor seminar was conducted by a group of 4th-year HR Management students in accordance with their PHM08 course subject. This activity aims to prepare the students for the important roles of the profession they're pursuing.
