CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM AND SHS EXIT SUMMIT CUM PRODUCT EXPO 2025

Guiuan, Eastern Samar – March 7, 2025 – To equip students with essential career insights and entrepreneurial skills, the Senior High School (SHS) Department of Guiuan National High School successfully hosted the Career Guidance Program and SHS Exit Summit cm Product Expo at the school’s covered court. This highly anticipated event, spearheaded by School Principal Dr. Joel B. Del Valle and SHS Coordinator Sir Rodel B. Cruzos, aimed to prepare graduating students for their future endeavors—whether in employment, entrepreneurship, or higher education.

The program gathered industry experts, career coaches, and stakeholders to share valuable knowledge and experiences, guiding students in making informed decisions for their post-graduation paths. Representatives from various universities, local businesses, and government agencies also participated, providing information on scholarships, job opportunities, and business startup support.

One of the highlights of the event was the Product Expo, where SHS students showcased their innovative business projects and entrepreneurial skills. From food products to handcrafted goods and digital solutions, the exhibit demonstrated the students’ creativity, resourcefulness, and readiness to enter the business world.

Students also engaged in interactive career planning sessions and discussions on various exit options—employment, entrepreneurship, and further studies. For many attendees, the event served as an eye-opener, giving them clarity on their next steps after Senior High School.

With the success of the Career Guidance Program and SHS Exit Summit cm Product Expo, Guiuan National High School reaffirms its commitment to holistic education—nurturing not only the minds but also the futures of its students.
