St. Mary’s Academy of Guiuan, Inc. successfully conducted its Fire and Earthquake Drill today, with the guidance and support of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Guiuan Station.

The activity aimed to strengthen the school’s emergency response protocols and ensure that every student, faculty, and staff member knows the proper actions to take during real emergencies. The institution extends its deepest gratitude to BFP-Guiuan for sharing their expertise and for helping the whole school community stay alert, prepared, and safe.

Preparedness saves lives, and this drill brings the SMAG family one step closer to building a safer and more resilient environment for everyone.

Happening today at St. Mary’s Academy of Guiuan, Inc. :

Our learners are taking the Pre‑Test for Performance Assessment of Standards and Skills (PASS) and Assessment of Social and Emotional Competency (ASEC) , conducted by Global Resources for Assessment Curriculum and Evaluation (GRACE) under Phoenix Publishing.

This activity helps us understand our students’ starting points — guiding us to give the right support for their academic growth and holistic development. We’re proud of our Ignacian Marians for focusing and doing their best! 💙
