A Journey of Leadership

Malamang kilala mo si Ate Erika. Lagi mo siyang makikita sa MORMS, kasama ang mga kapwa niyang estudyante. Magaan ang kaniyang ngiti, at madali mo siyang malalapitan sa SSLG.

𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗔 𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗦 𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧
Ngunit katulad mo, nagsimula rin siya bilang isang estudyanteng nais makatulong sa MORMS. Maririnig mo siya noon:

❝ Ma'am, anong gagawin ko? ❞
❝ Sir, puwede po bang patulong? ❞
❝ Kuya, kaya ko po kaya 'to? ❞

Lagi siyang matanong at laging gustong matuto kung paano ang trabaho. Kaya kada taon, lagi rin siyang pinipili ng kanyang kapwa MORMSians. Bawat tanong ni Ate Erika ay hakbang niya upang mas mapagbuti ang sarili niya.

Gamit ang ilang taon niyang karanasan, ilang taon ng pagkatuto, at ilang taon ng pagtatanong—ngayon, siya naman ang may sagot at siya naman ang masasandalan. Paano ba naman? Nagsimula siya bilang REPRESENTATIVE, naging PROTOCOL OFFICER, hanggang maging VICE PRESIDENT.

THE KAIBIGAN PROJECT
Providing School Supplies to a friend Be a friend and join the Kaibigan project! A uniform, bag, or school supply donation drive will be launched, allowing students who have extra materials to share with those in need. We will work on building partnerships with alumni and local businesses to provide support for students struggling with school expenses. By making learning materials and support systems available to everyone, we ensure that no student is left behind.

Bridging SSLG, Admin, and the Students
An SSLG dialogue with CLASS OFFICERS where they present their concerns and suggestions directly to officers and school officials. Additionally, an online feedback system will be created, allowing students to anonymously submit concerns regarding academics, facilities, and student welfare.

ECOTAYO A Cleaner, Greener School (Waste Management)
This project will implement an efficient waste segregation system by providing color-coded trash bins in common areas, promoting proper waste disposal. Recyclable waste can be collected and sold to generate funds for purchasing cleaning materials and additional trash bins. Another key aspect of this project is educating students on proper waste management through awareness campaigns. To further reduce waste, students will also be encouraged to use reusable water tumblers, minimizing plastic waste on campus.

MIND MATTERS
Mental health support platform
Partnering with the local government and NGOs to provide seminars and discussions to help students better understand mental health straight from experts. Strengthening mental health services can provide struggling students with the necessary support, guidance, and resources to help them cope with academic pressures and personal challenges.

LIGTAS KA, MORMSIAN
Disaster Preparedness Seminar Conducting talks, training sessions, and seminars on disaster preparedness to ensure students know how to stay safe at home and in the classroom. Local DRRM officers, experts, and scientists can be invited to discuss disaster response strategies and the effects of climate change

Education about the stage that most teenagers experience. Talks and campaigns about puberty, menstruation , gender identity, and reproduction. This will be a safe space where students can talk about these changes in their life.

A workshop on how to properly hold meetings will be conducted to train class officers, students, and organizations. This will include trainings on presentations, paperworks, and conflict resolution.
