Educational Financial Assistance Program - Frequently Asked Questions (EduFAP-FAQs)
1. Ano po itong EduFAP?

- Ang Educational Financial Assistance Program (EduFAP) ay isang programa ng City Government of Calapan na ipinatutupad sa pamamagitan ng City Education Department para sa mga estudyante ng Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Calapan na naglalayong magkaloob ng tulong-panggastos para sa mga mag-aaral ng Dalubhasaan.

(The Educational Financial Assistance Program (EduFAP) is a program of the City Government of Calapn wich is being implemented by the City Education Department which intends to provide financial assistance to the students of the City College of Calapan.)

2. Sino po ang maaring makatanggap nito?

- Lahat po ng mag-aaral ng Dalubasahaan ng Lungsod ng Calapan ay makatatanggap ng tulong pinansyal mula sa programang ito, maliban sa mga nakatatanggap na ng tulong pinansyal mula sa ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan, at mga kabilang sa BSIS Executive Class ng Dalubhasaan

(All students of the City College of Calapan are entitled to receive financial assistance under this program, except those who are already recipients of financial assistance from other Government agencies, and those who belong to the BSIS Executive Class of CCC.)

3. Kailan po mabibigyan ang mga estudyanteng hindi taga Calapan?

– Nakatakda ang pamamahagi ng tulong pinansyal para sa mga estudyanteng hindi taga-Calapan sa darating na Disyembre.

(Distribution of financial assistance to students who are not residents of Calapan City will be in December.)

4. Taga Puerto Galera po ako, ngunit sa Calapan naman po ako naninirahan. Alin po ang susundin kong address?

– Susundin po ang address na inilagay ng mag-aaral sa kanilang enrollment form.

(The address indicated by the students in the enrollment form will be followed.)

5. Ano po ang kailangang dalhin o ipresenta para makuha ang tulong-pinansyal?

- Magdala lamang ng isang valid ID para sa pagkakakilanlan ng mag-aaral. Kung sakaling hindi ang mismong mag-aaral ang kukuha ng tulong pinansyal, kailangang magdala ng kinatawan ng sulat-pahintulot ng mismong mag-aaral, isang photocopy ng anumang valid ID ng mag-aaral, at isang valid ID ng kinatawan. Magulang o kapatid lamang ng mag-aaral ang papayagang maging kinatawan.

(Bring one valid ID for the identification of the student. If somebody else will get the financial assistance, the representative must present an authorization letter from the student, photocopy of any valid ID of the student, and 1 valid ID of the representative. Only a parent or a sibling of the student is allowed to represent.

6. Magkano po kaya ito?

- Hindi po ipinapahintulot na ibunyag kung magkano ang tulong pinansyal na ipagkakaloob sa bawat mag-aaral.

(Disclosure of the amount of financial assistance for every student is not allowed.)

7. Kasama po ba ang mga mag-aaral sa Senior High School?

– Hindi kabilang sa mga benepisyaryo ng programa ang mga mag-aaral sa Senior High School.

(Senior High School students are not among the program beneficiaries.)

We, the Guidance Office are very much grateful for having you as our Registered Guidance Counselor and Professor for 10 years and more months here in the City College of Calapan. You are indeed a remarkable person in the academe with your dedication and committment in serving selflessly to cater the needs of the people around you. You always have the willingness to share your wit, effort, time, love and care. You are an inspiration not only to us but more to your former students, clients, co-workers and colleagues. Tunay na isa kang bayani Ma'am.
