ID Validation for A.Y. 2025–2026 (2nd Semester) is now available for 3rd & 4th-year students! 📌
Proceed to the ICT Office to have your IDs validated. ✅

1st- and 2nd-year students, please go to the Registrar’s Office for your ID validation.

📢 SECOND SEMESTER ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

Hello Franciscans! 💙

To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment process for all College students this Second Semester, please be guided by the following procedures:

1️⃣ 𝖨𝗇 𝖯𝖮𝖣: Begin your enrollment by submitting your clearance and for clearance verification.

2️⃣ School Clinic / Dispensary: Proceed to the School Clinic/Dispensary and submit specified requirements.

3️⃣ Online Enrollment Portal: Proceed to the Online Enrollment Portal and login: https://icloudph.com/sfc-guihulngan/sias/
(follow the steps for online enrollment).

4️⃣ ICT Office: Proceed to the ICT Office for Enrollment Verification.

5️⃣ Registrar’s Office: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for verification and evaluation. The Registrar will print your Student Study Load (SSL) and directly forward it to the Finance Office.

6️⃣ Finance Office: After the Registrar forwards your SSL, proceed to the Finance Office and wait for your name to be called by the cashier for down payment.

7️⃣ ICT Room: Proceed to the ICT Room for your ID Validation.
(Please wait for the ICT Office announcement for the schedule of ID validation for 3rd–4th year students, while 1st–2nd year students will have their validation in the Registrar’s Office.)

𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬!

If you’re having trouble accessing your SIAS account or forgot your password, we’ve prepared a simple step-by-step guide to help you reset it easily. 👇

Just follow the steps shown in the image to scan the QR code or search “SIAS Online 3 SFC Guihulngan” on Google, enter your Student ID, request a reset code, and create your new password.
Make sure to check your Inbox or Spam folder for the 8-digit code from SFC-GUIHULNGAN-SIAS Mailer.

Once done, you can log in again using your new password.

The SFCG Intramurals 2025 will officially kick off tomorrow, September 27, 2025, right after the Novena Mass.

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:

All students and student-athletes representing their departments are required to attend the opening ceremony.

𝐍𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 will be strictly enforced.

Game schedules will be announced immediately after the ceremony.
