The Guihulngan Satellite Skills Development Center in coordination with TESDA and PTC- Negros Oriental conducts a three day Entrepreneurship Training for 25 Dressmaking NCII scholars of TESDA. The training aims to equip the trainees basic knowledge on how to start a business for their future endeavors.
