Here's the FINAL LIST of students who are qualified for the Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIndTech), Major in Computer Technology program. You are scheduled for the Computer Technology Departmental Exam at CIT AVR, College of Industrial Technology, NORSU-Guihulngan Campus. Please refer to the date and time posted below. (Please check each photo)

REMINDERS:
1. Kindly bring the photocopies (1 each) of the following documents and place them in a long brown envelope:
a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. PSA Marriage Contract (if married)
c. Senior High School (SHS) Card
d. TOR (for transferee)
e. Any Valid ID with a photo.

2. Please also bring original copy of each of the documents above for verification purposes.

3. All students qualified for Screening/ Interview should wear proper attire.
(No wearing of SLEEVELESS, SHORTS, AND SLIPPERS)

a. Two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate / PSA Marriage Contract (if married)
b. Original Report Card/Form 138 / TOR for Transferees and One (1) photocopy
c. Certificate of Good Moral Character from SHS (signed by the principal)
d. Three (3) 2x2 pictures with name tags (white background)
e. One (1) colored photocopy of Any Valid ID
f. Insurance Coverage Policy with COVID-19 coverage with two (2) colored photocopies (at least 6 months or 1-year coverage)

The second chance will take place TOMORROW (Thursday, July 24, 2025) . This is extended exclusively to applicants who missed their initial schedule.
