We’re grateful to share that Cherry Rose Sacnanas, Grade 12 HUMMS, secured 5th place in Feature Writing (English) at the recently concluded Division Schools Press Conference 2025! Your hard work and creativity truly inspire us.

But beyond the rankings, we celebrate all our campus journalists and coaches who poured their hearts into this journey. Christine Jane D. Quinto, News Writing- English, Ricalyn T. Catubay, News Writing- Filipino, Angielyn I. Tabanao, Sports Writing- English, and Dejay L. Aba, Copy Reading and Headline Writing- English. Each of you showed courage, passion, and dedication—qualities that matter more than medals.

CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

Due to the anticipated effects of Typhoon Verbena and in consideration of the safety of students and school personnel, classes from pre-school up to senior high school in both public and private schools in Guihulngan City are hereby suspended on Monday, November 24, 2025.

The Local Government of Guihulngan headed by Hon. Filomeno "Mikoy" Reyes urges everyone to stay alert, monitor official weather updates, and take all necessary precautions.

Official Executive Order will be released anytime within the day.
