List of BSBA Applicants who passed the Entrance Examination and are qualified for the BSBA-HRM Screening Interview on June 5, 2026, to be conducted by Ma’am Melanie M. Detecio, MBA.

Please prepare the following requirements:
1.Original or authenticated PSA Birth Certificate.
2.Original copy of your SHS Report Card or TOR for transferees (for validation of grades). Required GPA/Grades: GPA of 83% or above.
3.Certificate of Good Moral Character
4.Certificates of Awards, Honors, or Achievements (if available)
5.Any valid ID with a photo.

Kindly photocopy all the required documents and place them in a long brown envelope for submission.

Screening Reminders:
*Written Exam – Don’t forget to bring one sheet of short bond paper and a pen.
*Product Pitching - Applicants will be required to present and promote a simple product or service idea. This activity will assess your creativity, communication, and marketing skills. You must confidently explain your product’s purpose, target market, benefits, and how it stands out from others. Demonstrate strong persuasion and business thinking within a 2–3 minute pitching time limit.
*Oral Exam
*Dress Code – Kindly wear formal attire.

📅 IMPORTANT REMINDER: CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE
Please check the poster carefully to find your name and your specifically assigned date and time slot for the interview.

Interview Dates: Starting May 26, May 28, and May 29, 2026.

Time Slots: Kindly check if you are scheduled for the morning session (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) or afternoon session (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM).

⚠️ Strict Compliance: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.

📝 INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
On the day of your interview, please make sure to bring the following documents:

1. Original or authenticated PSA Birth Certificate.

2. Original copy of your SHS Report Card or Transcript of Records (TOR) for transferees for the validation of your grades.

Academic success is never a solo journey. Last April 28 and 29, our BSBA 3rd-year students successfully navigated their research defenses, showcasing their hard work and dedication to the field of Business Administration.

The College of Business Administration officially recognizes and commends the Faculty Advisers from the different colleges of NORSU Guihulngan who lent their time and expertise to guide these students. This cross-college support system is a cornerstone of our campus’ commitment to student success.

Students also acknowledged the panel of evaluators, Dr. Florisa Brylle Antiquando, chairperson of the panel experts, together with Dr. Charmy Siblag, and Ms. Mesarie Silva for their careful deliberation and commitment to maintaining the quality of research produced by this college.

The hallways of the College of Business Administration were transformed into a gallery of skill and creativity as our BSHM 2 and 3 students brought their classroom theories to life!

Under the expert guidance of BSHM Instructors Ms. Suregin Cantila, Ms. Jolina Pedro and Ms. Ara Marie Perez, our future hoteliers and restaurateurs demonstrated industry-standard precision in a series of practical performances:

🎨 Backdrop Design (HM 307 - Ergonomics & Facilities Planning): Students showcased their understanding of space, aesthetics, and functional design, proving that a great hospitality experience starts with a well-planned environment.

🍽️ Professional Table Setup (HM 305 - Catering Management): Elegance met efficiency as the BSHM 3 students executed intricate table layouts, ready for any high-end catering event.

🌸 Floral & Centerpiece Showcase (HM 206 - Fundamentals of Food Service Operation): Our BSHM 2 students added the finishing touches with diverse and creative centerpieces, highlighting the importance of detail in guest satisfaction.
