The 528th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) is proud to announce the upcoming Graduation Ceremony of Advance and Basic Air Force ROTC Cadets. This distinguished event will take place on the 16th day of May 2026 from 0730 to 1200 at the Negros Oriental State University Guihulngan Campus.
All basic cadets are hereby notified that attendance is strictly mandatory, and they must prioritize their physical readiness by ensuring they hydrate thoroughly and receive a good nightβs sleep prior to the event to maintain the focus and discipline required for the proceedings. To ensure a professional appearance and the successful ex*****on of the ceremony, all personnel must strictly adhere to the following Type C Uniform and grooming standards:
Grooming & Haircut:
A proper military haircut is mandatory for all cadets.
Male Standards:
Male cadets must strictly comply with grooming requirements, which include having no mustache and no earrings. The uniform consists of a tucked-in white round-neck T-shirt, Maong pants, a dark blue buckle belt, white socks, and preferably white shoes.
Female Standards:
Cadets must wear no makeup, with hair neatly secured using gel, nets, or clips. A white sando must be worn under a tucked-in white round-neck T-shirt, paired with Maong pants, a dark blue buckle belt, white socks, and preferably white shoes. Fingernails must be clean and trimmed.
Essential Gear:
Do not forget to bring and wear your white gloves.
Prohibitions:
No accessories of any kind are permitted.
Please be advised that non-compliance with these grooming and uniform guidelines may result in a denial of entry to the campus. All cadets are expected to be in formation and ready for inspection well before the 0730 commencement. Failure to comply with these standards may affect your merit.

ππ ππππππ |On May 09, 2026, the 528th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) at Negros Oriental State University β Guihulngan Campus successfully conducted its last Saturday Formation for the Air Force ROTC. These are all in preparation for upcominv graduation ceremony that will be held the following week. The dayβs activities began with intensive field training and academic assessments designed to evaluate tactical endurance and proficiency. Following these evaluations, the unit transitioned to the parade ground for advanced rifle manuals and Palakaran, where cadets focused on mastering synchronized precision and disciplined marching. Through these rigorous exercises, the corps further solidified its commitment to the core military values of cohesion, discipline, and professional bearing for cadets.
