​Mga Giya sa Pagsiguro sa Luwas ug Maayong Palibot sa Katun-an alang sa Bakid Elementary School

​📌 PAGPAHINUMDUM SA MGA GINIKANAN / TIGBANTAY
​🎒 Palihog susiha ug i-check ang bag, balunan, ug mga gamit sa inyong anak kada adlaw sa dili pa moadto sa eskwelahan.

​❌ AYAW TUGUTI nga magdala sila sa mosunod:
​Hinagiban (kutsilyo, blade, gunting nga hait)
​Butang nga makasunog (pabuto, posporo, lighter)
​Dulaan nga delikado (dulaan nga pusil, airsoft gun)
​Uban pang butang nga makasamad, makadaot, o makahatag ug kahadlok sa uban.

​📋 MGA MAHINUNGDANONG GIYA SA ESKWELAHAN
​1. General Provision (Kinatibuk-ang Lagda)
​Kinsa ang i-inspect? Tanang magtutun-an (learners), empleyado sa eskwelahan, ginikanan/guardians, ug mga bisita.
​Asa buhaton? Obligado nga isumite ang mga bag, pouches, baunan, ug uban pang sudlanan para sa naandan nga inspeksyon diha sa school gate o entrance sa Bakid ES.

​2. Katuyoan (Purpose)
​Aron pagmentinar sa usa ka seguro, malinawon, ug madasigon nga palibot sa pagkat-on ug pagsiguro sa kaluwasan ug kahimsog sa matag usa sulod sa Bakid Elementary School.

​3. Kinsa ang Gitugutan nga Mag-inspect?
​Gitudlo nga Non-Teaching Personnel uban ang mga Opisyal sa SPTA/PTA sa Bakid ES
​Pahinumdom: Ang tanang inspeksyon pagahimuon nga may pagtahod, transparensiya, ug sa atubangan sa usa ka saksi.

​4. Luwas nga Pamaagi Lamang (Non-Contact Methods)
​Ang mga personnel mogamit lamang ug:
​​Search Sticks/Wands
​STRICTLY NO PHYSICAL CONTACT: Dili hikapon ang lawas sa bata o ang sulod sa ilang personal nga mga gamit. Gawas lamang nga bahin sa bag ang i-check.

​5. Higpit nga Gidili (Strict Prohibitions)
​❌ WALAY "Stop and Frisk"
​❌ WALAY Physical Pat-downs o Kapkap sa lawas diha sa gate.

​Dili hilabtan ang personal nga mga gamit gawas kon kini klaro nga makita ug nagdala ug dinalian nga peligro sa kaluwasan.

​6. Alang sa Full Search (Tibuok Inspeksyon)
​Kun adunay seryosong pagduda nga naay gidili nga kagamitan, ang magtutun-an ubanan nga may pagtahod ug kompidensyal ngadto sa Principal’s Office o Guidance Office.

Ang Full Search mahitabo lamang kon anaa ang:
​Magtutun-an (Learner)
​Ginikanan o Guardian
​Guidance Counselor o gitudlo nga Personnel sa eskwelahan.
​Kini aron maprotektahan ang katungod ug dignidad sa bata ubos sa DepEd Child Protection Policy (DO 40, s. 2012).

​Magtinabangay Kita!
​Magtinabangay kita—pamilya + eskwelahan + komunidad—aron ang Bakid Elementary School magpabiling Luwas, Malipayon, ug Mahigugmaong lugar diin ang matag bata makakat-on nga walay kahadlok.

Ipinagdiriwang ng Bakid ES ang Buwan ng Kasaysayan 2025 na may layuning palawakin ang kaalaman ng mga mag-aaral tungkol sa ating mayamang kasaysayan, itaguyod ang pagmamalaki sa ating kultura at identidad, at hikayatin ang mga mag-aaral na maging bahagi ng pagbuo ng ating bansa. Sa pamamagitan ng iba't ibang aktibidad at programa, sama-sama nating alamin at ipagdiwang ang ating kasaysayan, na siyang magbibigay sa atin ng mas malalim na pag-unawa sa ating pinagmulan at magsisilbing gabay sa ating paglalakbay tungo sa kinabukasan.

Bakid Elementary School actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill as part of its continuing commitment to promote disaster preparedness and ensure the safety of its learners and community.
The drill was successfully carried out with the enthusiastic participation of pupils, faculty and staff, parents, PTA officials, barangay officials, and other community stakeholders.
Their collective involvement demonstrated a strong sense of cooperation and awareness in responding effectively to emergency situations, especially in the event of a major earthquake.
The activity was spearheaded by the school's DRRM Coordinator, Mr. Rugenrhil B. Bongcawil, who led the orientation and supervised the simulation process. Participants were guided on the proper ex*****on of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” and were oriented on safe evacuation procedures and assembly point protocols.
Through this initiative, Bakid Elementary School reinforces its advocacy for building a culture of preparedness, resiliency, and safety among all its stakeholders. The school remains dedicated to aligning with national efforts in disaster response and preparedness, ensuring that every child and member of the school community is equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond appropriately during emergencies.
