Here are the list of qualified examinees for the 7-SPJ School Year 2026-2027. The examination is scheduled on April 14, 2026 (Tuesday) at 8:00 AM.

Please be at the venue, GNHS Angel Pura Building (second floor), at least 30 minutes before the examination time. Kindly bring th​e following:

- pencil and/or ballpen​
- 1 whole sheet of paper​
- ​snacks.

Interviews with applicants and essay writing will follow immediately after the written examination.

The Gubat National High School would like to inform all Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) applicants that the submission of requirements has been extended until April 10, 2026.

This extension is given to provide applicants with additional time to complete and submit all necessary documents.

📌Applicants may submit their requirements directly to Sir Emerson Eresmas.

📌All interested applicants are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and ensure that their requirements are submitted on or before the new deadline.

SPJ ADMISSION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027

Good day, everyone!

📌 We are pleased to announce that the Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) is now accepting applicants for incoming Grade 7 students for School Year 2026–2027.

📚 I. GRADE REQUIREMENTS (Initial Screening)
Applicants must meet the following academic qualifications based on their Grade 6 (1st–3rd Quarter) performance:
English: 85 and above
Filipino: 85 and above
Other Subjects: 80 and above
General Average: 85 and above

📄 II. PRE-ADMISSION DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
Please prepare the following:
- Duly accomplished SPJ Application Form (available at GNHS SBM Office)
- Grade 6 Report Card (1st–3rd Quarter grades)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character

March 16–31, 2026 – Acceptance of application documents
April 6-11, 2026 - Extension of submission of application documents
April 6–8, 2026 – Pre-screening of qualified applicants
April 9, 2026 – Posting of Pre-Qualifiers
