Face-to-face classes in all public and private schools in Guagua, Pampanga are suspended today, August 18, 2026 due to heavy rainfall and flooding caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Classes shall continue through Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) in accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 128.

On 18 August 2026, all public and private schools in Guagua, Pampanga, are ordered to temporarily suspend the conduct of face-to-face classes and continuously shift to an alternative delivery mode of learning due to the heavy rainfall warning and flooding caused by the Southwest Monsoon rains.

This order is compliant with the Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 128, issued on 17 August 2026.

Please be informed that there will be NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES tomorrow, August 17, 2026 (Monday).

In accordance with Executive Order No. 2026-035 issued by the Municipality of Guagua, classes will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

On 17 August 2026, the Municipal Government of Guagua temporarily suspends the conduct of face-to-face classes in all private and public schools for pre-school to senior high school levels.

College students and their parents are advised to stay updated on their school administrators' announcements regarding the determined mode of learning applicable to them.
