After days of learning from home, it was truly heartwarming to welcome our learners back to the classroom! Today was not just about lessons and discussions it was also about reconnecting, catching up, and making each learner feel that they are valued and cared for.

We are grateful for the chance to be together again, while keeping in our thoughts and prayers those who are still at home, affected by the recent flooding, or temporarily displaced.

Despite the suspension of face-to-face classes, our teachers and staff came together in person to discuss important matters for the continued operation of our school—including curriculum triage, school safety, the calendar of activities, and preparations for the resumption of face-to-face classes.

Even in challenging circumstances, our commitment to our Immacons remains steadfast.

Good evening po, Dear Teachers/Staff, Parents/Guardians, and Immacons,

While we have prepared the school for the resumption of face-to-face classes, the safety and accessibility of our Immacons remain our primary consideration. With 52% of our learners still affected by flooding, we have decided to implement asynchronous classes tomorrow, August 24, 2026.

Students are advised to complete the learning tasks and activities provided by their teachers.

All teachers and staff are required to report to school from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN for classroom preparation and the Staff Assembly.

For parents/guardians who wish to settle their accounts, the Cashier will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN to receive payments for August 2026.

Being at home does not stop our Immacons from learning. Even with the continued flooding, our learners and teachers remain committed to making learning happen through online synchronous classes.

Due to the continued flooding in the school grounds and other roads leading to the school, classes at Immaculate Conception Academy will be conducted through online synchronous learning tomorrow, August 19, 2026.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 128 issued by the Office of the President, directing the implementation of alternative learning modes in areas affected by the continuing heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, and in view of the scheduled power interruption in Guagua, classes at Immaculate Conception Academy of Guagua, Pampanga are suspended tomorrow, August 18, 2026, in all modalities.

This suspension is being implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and staff.

In accordance with Executive Order No. 2026-035 issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Guagua, classes from Pre-School to Senior High School in all public and private schools in Guagua will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) tomorrow, August 17, 2026, due to the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon and flooding.

In compliance with this order, Immaculate Conception Academy of Guagua will shift to asynchronous learning modality tomorrow.
