Magdug NHS Shines in RUBIK'S CUBE Competition

Warmest congratulations to the Magdug National High School Math and Science Fair Team for your outstanding performance in the Rubik’s Cube and Sudoku Competitions held this morning at Luzon National High School!

Our heartfelt congratulations to our Rubik’s Cube winners: Jea Fritz Luchavez – First Place, Grade 7; Edrryl Shane Genita – Second Place, Grade 8; Pauline Dumalag – Third Place, Grade 9; and Kenneth Campaan – District Qualifier, Grade 10. We also congratulate Thana Claire Bangcas – District Qualifier, Grade 7, in the Sudoku Competition.

These achievements reflect not only your intellectual ability, but also your focus, patience, logical thinking, and determination to excel. Congratulations as well to your dedicated coach, Jopeth C. Luchavez, for the guidance and commitment that helped bring out the best in our learners.

MAGDUG NHS HONORS IP DAY

Magdug National HIGH School , spearheaded by Sir Epefanio Monghit , School Head, held a meaningful Special Flag Raising Ceremony today, in full support of the celebration of National Indigenous People's Day 2026.
This activity, led by Ma'am Jumelyn Escabusa Aparre , School Indigenous People Education Coordinator, aims to recognize, honor, and uplift the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of our Indigenous People, while strengthening our commitment to inclusive education, respect, and unity among all communities.
We were deeply honored to be joined by our esteemed guest, Hon. Ofelia Nuñez Trazona , Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) of Barangay Magdug, who shared inspiring words on cultural preservation and solidarity.
Together, we stand hand in hand - celebrating our heritage, valuing our roots, and building a school and community where every voice is heard and valued. 🤝🌿

Magdug NHS Strengthens Partnership Through General SPTA Meeting

July 18, 2026 // Saturday - Magdug, Gov. Gen, Dvo. Or. At 9:00 a.m. parents, teachers, school officials, and other stakeholders discussed priority programs, policies, and initiatives that support the continuous improvement of the school and the holistic development of learners. The meeting served as a meaningful platform for strengthening collaboration, promoting transparency, and encouraging active stakeholder participation in achieving shared educational goals. Guided by a spirit of partnership and mutual responsibility, the school administration, together with the SPTA officials, expressed optimism regarding the positive outcomes of the meeting, anticipating stronger community engagement, enhanced parental support, and sustained collective commitment toward providing quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education. ✍️
