During the session, all canteen employees participated in a comprehensive discussion covering proper food preparation protocols, tracing the complete process from the market to the table. The speakers emphasized essential storage techniques to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring that the meals served to students and staff are not only delicious but also strictly adhere to established food safety standards. Additionally, the staff were provided with clear indicators and warning signs of food contamination to help them identify potential hazards early.
This initiative ensures that all food served in the university canteen remains safe, and fit for consumption.
