The ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ successfully completed their On-the-Job Training (OJT), which provided structured exposure to laboratory-based research and the In Vivo Assay Laboratory.
We are pleased to have been part of this learning experience and to contribute to the studentsโ growth in scientific knowledge, technical skills, and research discipline. It is our commitment to support and nurture young learners as they build a strong foundation for future academic and professional pursuits in the sciences.
During the training period, students gained hands-on experience in laboratory safety and operations, aquaculture research (feed formulation, water quality management, and growth monitoring), soil analysis, and bio-inoculant development. They also conducted plant assays using bio-based fertilizers and performed spectrophotometric analysis to quantify plant growth hormones.
This achievement reflects the studentsโ dedication, discipline, and growing competence in laboratory practices. Their successful completion of the OJT marks an important milestone in their academic development.
