We are pleased to have been part of this learning experience and to contribute to the studentsโ€™ growth in scientific knowledge, technical skills, and research discipline. It is our commitment to support and nurture young learners as they build a strong foundation for future academic and professional pursuits in the sciences.

During the training period, students gained hands-on experience in laboratory safety and operations, aquaculture research (feed formulation, water quality management, and growth monitoring), soil analysis, and bio-inoculant development. They also conducted plant assays using bio-based fertilizers and performed spectrophotometric analysis to quantify plant growth hormones.

This achievement reflects the studentsโ€™ dedication, discipline, and growing competence in laboratory practices. Their successful completion of the OJT marks an important milestone in their academic development.
