Partido State University conducts its regular ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ ๐…๐ฅ๐š๐ -๐‘๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ in accordance with the provisions of the Philippine Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8491) and the guidelines set forth in Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012 on the observance of flag ceremonies. This weekly activity underscores the University's commitment to fostering patriotism, unity, discipline, and civic responsibility among its officials, employees, students, and stakeholders.

For this week's ceremony, the ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž and ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž serve as the sponsoring units and responsible for facilitating the program. Beyond honoring the national flag and singing the national anthem, the ceremony serves as a meaningful occasion to reaffirm the University's shared commitment to public service, integrity, accountability, and excellence in carrying out its mandate.

In line with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012, all government agencies and state institutions are enjoined to conduct flag-raising ceremonies every Monday morning and flag-lowering ceremonies every Friday afternoon as a manifestation of respect for the national symbols and dedication to public service.

Partido State University joins the Civil Service Commission and government institutions nationwide in celebrating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

The celebration honors generations of Filipino civil servants who have dedicated their knowledge, skills, and service to the nation.

Guided by this yearโ€™s theme, โ€œBawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,โ€ the University recognizes the people behind the work who help carry out ParSUโ€™s mandate as a public higher education institution.

Partido State University conducts its regular Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony in accordance with the provisions of the Philippine Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8491) and the guidelines set forth in Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012 on the observance of flag ceremonies. This weekly activity underscores the University's commitment to fostering patriotism, unity, discipline, and civic responsibility among its officials, employees, students, and stakeholders.

For this week's ceremony, the Institutional Planning Development Office and Project Management Unit serve as the sponsoring units and responsible for facilitating the program. Beyond honoring the national flag and singing the national anthem, the ceremony serves as a meaningful occasion to reaffirm the University's shared commitment to public service, integrity, accountability, and excellence in carrying out its mandate.
In line with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012, all government agencies and state institutions are enjoined to conduct flag-raising ceremonies every Monday morning and flag-lowering ceremonies every Friday afternoon as a manifestation of respect for the national symbols and dedication to public service.
