The approval and submission of 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠. The Online Student Clearance System (OSCS) will be open 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

All undergraduate and graduate level students are advised to secure the approval of their Online Clearance and submit it to the Registrar’s Office as part of the enrollment requirements.

Kindly ensure that your clearance has been completed and approved by all concerned offices before proceeding with enrollment to help avoid unnecessary delays.
