The Goa Community College SALIT-AW Chorale proudly represented Goa Community College during the Cultural Night of the 21st NAKEM Conference, held at Partido State University.✨🎶

The chorale captivated the audience with a heartfelt rendition of the timeless Bicolano folk song, "Sarung Banggi," showcasing the rich cultural heritage, artistry, and musical excellence of the Bicol Region.

Through their inspiring performance, the group demonstrated their passion for preserving and promoting Filipino culture while bringing pride and honor to Goa Community College.

The performance was made even more meaningful with the presence and guidance of the SALIT-AW Chorale Coordinator, Ms. Naominydia D. Abante, whose dedication and unwavering commitment continue to inspire every member of the ensemble.

The GCC SALIT-AW Chorale also extends its heartfelt gratitude to our College Interim Administrator, Dr. Nita V. Morallo, for her unwavering support, encouragement, and trust in our organization. 128th Philippine Independence Day Commemoration and Opening of the 249th Goa Town Fiesta 🇵🇭✨

The Goa Community College SALIT-AW Chorale, under the guidance of their conductor, Ms. Naominydia D. Abante, proudly participated in the 128th Philippine Independence Day Commemoration and the opening of the 249th Goa Town Fiesta, held on June 12, 2026, at the Goa Multi-Purpose Complex.

The group delighted the audience with a lively rendition of “Sumayaw, Sumunod” and stirred patriotic pride through “Tagumpay Nating Lahat,” popularized by Lea Salonga. Adding solemnity and honor to the celebration, Mrs. Naominydia D. Abante had the privilege of conducting the Philippine National Anthem, making the occasion even more meaningful and memorable.

Through the power of music, the SALIT-AW Chorale celebrated the spirit of freedom, unity, and patriotism, embodying this year's theme:

“Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan.”

A Heartfelt Farewell and Gratitude 🎶❤️

After all the years we have spent together, the time has finally come for us to part ways. These three individuals stand as a true testament that service is not always driven by rewards or compensation, but by wholehearted dedication, love, and genuine commitment to the school and to music.

Our deepest and heartfelt gratitude to Quinn Emanol Cea, Angelica R. Belmonte, and especially our pianist and trainer, Jazel Jabes Serio, for the four years you devoted to the organization. You have become the foundation of this family, helping it grow stronger, more united, and more meaningful through the years.

Thank you for sharing your talents, wisdom, and unwavering passion for music. Your contributions, sacrifices, and the memories you created will continue to inspire every member of the organization.
