Partido State University (ParSU) continues to enhance the learning experience of students and faculty through the expansion and improvement of the Goa Campus Library Building, creating more accessible, comfortable, and collaborative spaces for learning. Supporting this initiative is a thoughtfully planned design developed by Ar. Sheena M. Paat and Ms. Michelle M. Gados, that reflects ParSU’s commitment to providing a modern and student-centered learning environment.

At the center of the development is the transformation of the ground floor into an expanded, learner-centered library that responds to the evolving academic and collaborative needs of the University community.

The upgraded facility features a mini-theater, student and faculty lounges, discussion rooms, and enhanced reading areas designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences. Improvements to the second-floor library facilities further enhance functionality and user comfort.

Aligned with the Partido State University Strategic Plan 2023–2027, the project reflects the University's commitment to providing innovative and inclusive academic environments that support quality education, research, and holistic student development.

The expanded library represents ParSU's continuing investment in future-ready learning spaces designed to inspire learning, collaboration, and discovery among present and future generations of ParSUans.

God has the final say and authority. Today's verse has made us to understand that only God can do what seems impossible to man. To man, there's no way a valley of trouble can turn a place of hope. But there's nothing difficult for God to do.

If He says it, He'll do it. He does what He says. He who made you and me is capable of turning any ugly situation to a pleasant one. Just believe and trust Him, don't be too desperate. Wait patiently and see Him turn sadness to goodness, shame to fame, obstacles to miracles, despair to repair, trials to triumph and test to testimony.

Only God can make a crooked path straight, take a man from a low position to an exalted one. Only Him alone can turn a barren land to a fertile land, a rock into a fountain of water., a desert into rivers of water and makes a way through a wilderness.

If only we believe and have patient, we'll see the glory of God unfolds in our lives.

Partido State University (ParSU) marks a significant global milestone by breaking into the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) Top 100 Universities Worldwide under Category C1: Representative Research Project, ranking 26th in its first participation in the global ranking.

This recognition highlights ParSU’s winning research entry, “𝘙2𝘙 𝘏𝘌𝘙𝘗𝘚: 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘢𝘯 𝘙𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘦-𝘵𝘰-𝘙𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘏𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵, 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩, 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘔𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘨-𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮 𝘉𝘪𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴,” authored by Dr. Michael A. Clores, ParSU's Vice President for Academic Affairs.

R2R HERPS is a research that establishes the Caramoan Ridge-to-Reef (R2R) Megatransect—spanning highland forests to coastal ecosystems—as a collaborative, community-supported system that enables herpetofaunal biodiversity comparisons, documents new species, trains students, and demonstrates its long-term value as a model for conservation and ecological research in the Philippines.

This project is a collaboration among ParSU-Goa, ParSU-Caramoan, and University of Kansas. It was launched, supported by joint fieldwork, student training, and scholarly exchanges.

This achievement affirms ParSU’s growing presence in the international academic community, reflecting its commitment to research excellence and innovation that generate meaningful, real-world impact in line with its mandates as a state university.

The WURI ranking emphasizes innovation, social responsibility, and practical contributions—areas where ParSU continues to make strides through its programs and initiatives.

Being part of this prestigious list reflects the collective efforts of the University’s faculty, researchers, and partners in advancing knowledge and developing solutions that address community needs.
