Due to the current weather conditions being experienced in Glan, the scheduled distribution of Learning Activity Sheets today is postponed.

If the weather permits, distribution will instead be conducted tomorrow. We will post another update should there be any changes.

The DOH Region X Health Emergency Response Team is now at Margus Elementary School Gymnasium, bringing free healthcare and psychosocial support closer to our community.

Services include:
✅ Free medical consultation
✅ Free medicines
✅ Psychological First Aid (PFA) for children, adults, and families

The activity starts today and will continue until Saturday, July 11th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We encourage everyone who needs these services to visit the venue and avail of this opportunity.

Together, we heal, recover, and build a stronger community. ♡

LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEETS (LAS) DISTRIBUTION & RETRIEVAL

To our dear parents and guardians,

Pursuant to EO No. 36, s. of 2026 issued by the Provincial Government of Sarangani suspending face-to-face classes, Margus Elementary School will continue the implementation of Modular Distance Learning while in-person classes remain suspended.

Please be guided by the following schedule for the distribution and retrieval of Learning Activity Sheets (LAS):

🗓 July 2, 2026
• Distribution of Week 1 & 2 Activity Sheets

🗓 July 9, 2026
• Retrieval of Week 1 & 2 Activity Sheets
• Distribution of Week 3 & 4 Activity Sheets

🗓 July 16, 2026
• Retrieval of Week 3 & 4 Activity Sheets
• Distribution of Week 5 & 6 Activity Sheets

🕘 Releasing Time: 9:00 AM- 11:20 AM, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

📌 Reminders:

* Distribution and retrieval of Learning Activity Sheets will only be conducted at Margus Elementary School.
* Please follow the assigned schedule and release time to avoid congestion. Please follow the assigned schedule and release time.
* Observe proper health, and safety while inside the school premises.
* To ensure the safety of our learners, Only parents, guardians, or duly authorized representatives are allowed to claim or return the Learning Activity Sheets. Learners will not be accommodated.

School Facilities Inspection

The Regional and Division Engineering Team conducted an inspection of our school facilities to assess the condition and usability of our classrooms.

During the inspection, it was noted that only 6 out of 20 classrooms are currently usable, emphasizing the need for immediate support and interventions to provide safe, functional, and conducive learning spaces for our learners.

Despite these challenges, we remain hopeful and resilient. With unity, dedication, and continued support, we will keep moving forward and rise above these circumstances.
