📢 FINAL CALL TO ALL CONCERNED GRANTEES

The following grantees have not yet submitted their Landbank account details and are hereby required to comply with the following requirements within this week:

✅ One (1) colored photocopy of your Landbank account details (account name and account number must be clearly visible)
✅ One (1) colored photocopy of your School ID (front and back) with three (3) signatures, printed on A4-size paper

This matter is urgent and necessary for the processing of your scholarship benefits. Failure to comply may result in delays in the submission of your records and other related processes.

Good morning!

In support of the Commission’s commitment under the ACHIEVE Agenda to promote graduate employability, responsiveness of higher education programs, and evidence-based policy development, all graduates who were beneficiaries of CHED Scholarship and Student Financial Assistance Programs granted during Award Year 2019 to 2021 are requested to accomplish the CHED Scholars Graduate Tracer Survey Form.

Hence, the respondents of this survey are TDP and COSCHO graduates from AY 2022–2023 to AY 2025–2026. Kindly note that responses will be accepted until July 31, 2026.

The tracer survey aims to gather relevant data on the employment status, career pathways, further studies, and professional experiences of CHED scholar-graduates. Specifically, it seeks to determine the alignment of graduates’ acquired competencies and skills with current labor market demands and employment opportunities.

The results of this survey will provide valuable inputs in assessing the effectiveness and relevance of scholarship programs, improving policy directions, and strengthening the linkage between higher education and workforce requirements.

For those who were unable to submit their LANDBANK account details and a copy of their School ID/Valid ID on the scheduled date, kindly wait for further instructions as we await updates from CHED.

For now, please ensure that you have prepared the following requirements:

• One (1) colored photocopy of your LANDBANK account details (account name and account number must be clearly visible)
• One (1) colored photocopy of your School ID with three (3) specimen signatures

REMINDER‼️‼️

For those who have already submitted photocopies of their Landbank account and School ID/Valid ID but have not yet accomplished the CHED link, please be informed that tomorrow is the last day to complete it. Failure to do so will result in your name not being included in the list of students who have completed the requirements required by CHED.

⏳You may visit the Admin Office from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM to accomplish the link.

On the other hand, for those who have already submitted the required photocopies and accomplished the CHED link but have not yet signed the attendance sheet, kindly send me a direct message at my FB acc Kate Sheena Mae Francisco along with proof that you have completed the CHED link.

If your pending Landbank account has already been approved and you are now able to log in to your app, please submit the following at the admin office:

One (1) photocopy of your card details
One (1) photocopy of your School ID with three (3) specimen signatures

Submission starts today until May 6, 2026.

HOW TO DEPOSIT MONEY TO YOUR LANDBANK ACCOUNT USING GCASH:

1. Open your GCash app.
2. Tap Transfer.
3. Select Local Banks.
4. Search and choose Land Bank of the Philippines / OFBank.
5.Enter the following details:
a. Amount (you can deposit as low as ₱1 or more)
b. LANDBANK Account Name
c. LANDBANK Account Number (10 digits)
d. Email Address/Gmail (optional)
Review the details, then tap Send Money.
Confirm the transaction and wait for the successful transfer notification.

Reminder: Double-check the account number and account name before sending to avoid errors.

STEPS ON HOW TO VIEW YOUR LANDBANK CARD DETAILS USING THE LANDBANK APP:

1. Click Accounts (located on the left side).
2. Select Savings Account.
3. Click View Card Details.
4. Generate an OTP, then click Next.
5. Select Request via SMS.
6. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile number, then click Next.
7. You can now view your card details.

Important: Before printing or photocopying your card details, make sure to blur or cover your CVV number for security purposes.

To all GCUC grantees with pending LANDBANK account approval, you are advised to visit the branch on May 1, 2026, before 8:30 AM and bring the following requirements:

•School ID
•Birth Certificate (original or photocopy)
•Original National ID or printed digital ID

If available, please also bring any of the following:
•Voter’s Certification
•Barangay Certificate (must include certificate number, picture, signature, birth date, address, and complete name)
•TIN ID

Please make sure to bring the required documents for faster processing.
