The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for AY 2026–2027 is now open!

Please be informed that the TES Application Form has been revised in compliance with the latest CHED guidelines. All applicants are required to accomplish and submit the updated application form. Previous versions of the form will no longer be accepted.

Are you an incoming first-year college student belonging to a Special Equity Group (SEG)? The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is now accepting applications for the Expanding Access to Scholarships for Special Equity Groups (EASE) Program for Academic Year (AY) 2026–2027!

For full details on eligibility requirements, application procedures, and other program guidelines, interested applicants may visit the official CHED website at ched.gov.ph/stufaps.
