Due to the inclement weather and continuous rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon ( ), face-to-face classes are suspended. However, learning never stops!

To ensure the safety of our students while maintaining academic continuity, all levels will shift to Online Synchronous Classes and Modular Distance Learning (MDL) today.

Today, Salapungan Elementary School Family gained valuable insights during our School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) session entitled "Empowering Learners Through Literacy and Numeracy Learning Corners and Responsive Teaching Practices."

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our SLAC Presenter, Ma'am Rose May P. Fajardo, for sharing practical strategies and innovative approaches that strengthen literacy and numeracy instruction while promoting responsive teaching practices. Her expertise and dedication inspired everyone to create engaging, learner-centered classroom environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

As part of the 3rd Year Anniversary Celebration of the Alpha Phi Omega Gerona Tarlac Alumni Association, we are grateful to be a part of this another meaningful milestone through this early morning blessing and community service initiative.

Today, the association proudly donated three (3) industrial fans to Salapungan Elementary School, with the hope of providing a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for both students and teachers.

This meaningful donation was led by the President, Bro. Miguel A. Nera, together with Bro. Virgilio A. Ramos, Vice President for Internal Affairs and Project Chairperson, whose leadership and commitment continue to inspire the fraternity's mission of Leadership, Friendship, and Service.

July 24, 2026 -Salapungan Elementary School proudly celebrated this year's Classroom-Based Nutrition Day with enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork.

Guided by this year's theme, "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan: Ating Pangalagaan," our learners participated in meaningful activities that highlighted the importance of eating nutritious food while caring for our environment. Through fun and engaging classroom celebrations, they learned that a healthy body and a healthy planet go hand in hand.
