Friendly Advisory for our Parent Partners and Little Dreamers

Dear Parent Partners and Little Dreamers,

Warm greetings! As the hot season is upon us, we’d like to share a few gentle reminders to help everyone stay safe, healthy, and happy during these sunny days.

- Stay hydrated.
Encourage children to drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if they don’t feel thirsty. Fresh fruits like watermelon and oranges are also great for keeping hydrated!

- Dress light and cool.
Let our little dreamers wear light-colored, loose, and breathable clothing. Don’t forget hats or caps when going outside to protect them from the sun.

- Stay in the shade.
If outdoor activities are needed, make sure children stay in shaded areas and take frequent breaks. A quick cool-down with a damp towel can also help.

- Rest well during high heat season.
Get enough sleep and take breaks, hot weather can be exhausting. Rest helps keep little dreamers healthy, active, and in a good mood!

- Keep cool and clean during high heat season.
Take regular baths, stay fresh, and wear clean, light clothes. Keeping cool and clean helps little dreamers feel comfortable, healthy, and happy!
