A Memorandum of Understanding has recently been signed between LPU-C College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Huaiyin Institute of Technology College of Foreign Languages (CFL) establishing a relationship of โ€œSister Collegesโ€ signed on September 20, 2019.

Among other things, the agreement foresees areas of cooperation in student exchange, staff and faculty exchange, and joint research projects between the two colleges.
