ATTENTION, Franciscans!.
๐ As a way to better facilitate
security check thru bag inspection
upon entry of students at the
school campus gates, we now
require the use of TRANSPARENT
BAGS OR at least, EXPANDABLE
TRANSPARENT PLASTIC ENVELOPE
w/ handle.
This will make even easier and more
effective the task of the metal
scanner that we have been using
since the start of the school year.
๐ This is to further ensure that NO
prohibited/ hazardous items shall
be brought inside the campus that
may endanger anyone's life,
especially, that of our students.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
โBig / Usual bags shall still serve
well for NON - METALLIC items/
materials like books, notebooks,
diary, etc..
โ Expandable plastic envelopes
((w/ handle) OR transparent bags,
are required to contain METALLIC
items, including coins, and other
metallic novelty items;
Also, sharp/ sharpened items, like
pencils, sharpener, etc.
๐ We also discourage our clients
and visitors, who come to the
campus, from bringing in bags nor
other belongings that don't serve any
purposes, Everyone should submit
to our school's security protocols.
Big bags shall be deposited at
designated area at the gate, even
after scanning.
๐ For everyone's GUIDANCE
and compliance.
๐ (At your convenience), we
highly recommend for you to
purchase your transparent
bags, while supply lasts,
as there are other schools who
are now adopting similar measure,
(after the recent untoward incident
the occurred in a prestigious school
down there at the south). ๐
