Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for another exciting school year, we invite you to attend the General Orientation for School Year 2026–2027. This gathering will provide important updates and information to help families better understand key changes and initiatives for the coming academic year.

Among the important matters to be discussed are:
🔹 The Three-Term Academic Calendar – Understanding the new school calendar structure, schedules, and academic timelines.
🔹 The Revised Grading and Assessment System – Updates on student evaluation, grading procedures, and academic performance reporting.
🔹 Safety, Security, and Child Protection Policies – Strengthening our commitment to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing learning environment for all learners.

These updates are essential in helping parents and guardians stay informed and actively support their children's educational journey. Your partnership remains vital in ensuring the success, well-being, and holistic development of every Saint Francis School learner.

celebration of the Hijas de Maria,
which is done within the whole
month of May, we are enjoined
to take part in this Marian
Devotion, as one of the sponsors
on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the
St. Francis of Assisi Parish
Church.

📍As per schedule, the Novena
and Praying of the Rosary is at
5:00 pm; while the Holy Mass
and the Floral Offering is at
6:00 pm.

The SHS Voucher Program online application for Grade 11 learners under Category E (Non-ESC, Grade 10 completers from Private Schools), for SY 2026–2027 is now open. To learn more about the new applicant categories, eligibility criteria, and application process, please read the announcement. Category E learners may apply at https://ovap.peac.org.ph/.
