📌 PLANNING AND PREPARATION MEETING FOR IEP CRAFTING AND IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING

A successful Planning and Preparation Meeting for the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Crafting and Implementation Training was conducted earlier today, May 25, at 1:00 PM. The meeting focused on finalizing preparations, discussing training flow, and ensuring the readiness of all involved personnel for the upcoming implementation.

The proposed training aims to strengthen teachers’ knowledge and skills in developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that support inclusive and learner-centered education.
Led by Mam Kristina Cassandra S. Longabela, together with the support of the school administration and participating teachers.

In order to plan out the first term of SY 2026–2027, the teaching and non-teaching staff of General Artemio Ricarte Memorial School convened for a fruitful general meeting in the ICT Room.
Sir Mar Sta Maria , school principal, led the entire session who went into detail about the fundamental academic frameworks, institutional regulations, and school readiness initiatives that would direct our future operations.

The following important agenda items were effectively addressed and decided upon by the meeting:

Mar T. Sta Maria and Brigada Eskwela Coor. Ma’am. Charleen Cadalin is officially discussing strategic plans, assigning committee roles, and mapping out ways to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our learners this coming school year.
The meeting focused on resource mobilization, volunteer management, and school maintenance targets to ensure 100% readiness for the opening of classes.

In preparation for the opening of classes for SY 2025-2026, teachers from General Artemio Ricarte Memorial School attended the Learning System Reform Policies Orientation in Region IV-A CALABARZON.

This initiative aims to ensure teachers are well-prepared for the new DepEd policies as part of their preparations for the upcoming school year. By equipping teachers with knowledge of the Guidelines of the Three Term School Calendar on Basic Education, the orientation supports their commitment to continuous learning and the effective implementation of the educational system, helping to create a supportive and adaptive learning environment for students.
