In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 128 issued by the Office of the President, alternative learning modes for classes will be implemented 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, due to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Malugod na tinanggap ng buong pamayanan ng Colegio de San Francisco ang Dalaw Patron ni Tata Kiko ngayong Agosto 12, 2026, ganap na 8:00 ng umaga.

Sinundan ito ng isang taimtim na Vigil mula 9:00 ng umaga na magtatapos hanggang 2:30 ng hapon, na pinangunahan ng mga mag-aaral mula sa iba’t ibang baitang kasama ang kanilang mga g**o bilang pagpapakita ng pananampalataya, debosyon, at pagkakaisa.

Samantala, magsisimula naman ang Banal na Misa sa ganap na 3:00 ng hapon, bilang bahagi ng makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Dalaw Patron.

Tunay na ang pagdalaw ni San Francisco de Asis ay naghatid ng biyaya, pananampalataya, pagkakaisa, at kagalakan sa buong pamayanang CSF. 💙🙏

Patuloy nating nararanasan ang epekto ng Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) na pinalalakas ng Tropical Cyclone (international name) "DOLPHIN," na nagdudulot ng tuloy-tuloy na pag-ulan sa iba't ibang bahagi ng ating lalawigan.

Dahil dito, isinasailalim sa suspensyon ang klase sa lahat ng antas, pampubliko at pribado, sa buong Lalawigan ng Cavite, ngayong darating na Sabado, Agosto 8, 2026.

Hinihiling ko sa ating mga magulang, g**o, at mga mag-aaral na manatiling maingat at huwag nang lumabas kung hindi kinakailangan. Patuloy nating bantayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo at maging handa sakaling lumala pa ang lagay ng panahon.

Ang bawat desisyong ating ginagawa ay para sa kaligtasan ng bawat Kabitenyo.

Maraming salamat po at nawa'y manatiling ligtas ang lahat.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na unahin ang kanilang kaligtasan at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng PAGASA, ng inyong lokal na pamahalaan, at ng mga kinauukulang ahensya.
