There is no greater feeling than hearing a child who once struggled to speak finally express his thoughts, feelings, and wants. Today, we are celebrating a heartwarming breakthrough from our SMLC Olongapo Branch!

When MJ's parents first came to us, they were heartbroken over his speech delays and behavioral challenges. But with time, trust, and gentle guidance, hope came shining through! Just a few months into therapy, MJ has unlocked his voice and is chatting away every single day.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Teacher Leila Robles for her untiring dedication and love for MJ. To MJ's parents: thank you for trusting SMLC to walk beside you through every step of this journey!

Normal lang na makaramdam ng kaunting pagod kapag matatapos na ang buwan.

Pero kapag naaalala mo kung para kanino ang ginagawa mo, nagkakaroon ng mas malalim na kahulugan ang bawat pagsusumikap.

Alalahanin mo kung bakit ka nagsimula: sa likod ng bawat organisadong file at natapos na task, may isang bata at pamilyang natutulungan.

Magpahinga kung kailangan, ayusin ang pokus, at patuloy na maglingkod nang buong husay.

Ano ang nagbibigay sa'yo ng inspirasyon para magpatuloy sa gitna ng mabigat na linggo?

Ang Kabataan at ang mga Bayani ng Bukas 🇵🇭

Ngayong Araw ng mga Bayani, ginugunita at pinararangalan natin ang tapang, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong nagbigay-daan sa kalayaan at pag-unlad ng ating bansa.

Sa bawat aral, pagpapahalaga, at mabuting asal na naipapasa natin sa ating mga anak, naihahanda rin natin ang susunod na henerasyong may malasakit, tapang, at pananagutan sa kapwa at sa bayan.

Kasabay nito, kinikilala natin ang mahalagang papel ng mga magulang at g**o sa paggabay sa mga batang maaaring maging mga bayani ng bukas.

Maligayang Araw ng mga Bayani! 🇵🇭
