A big thank you to Jayden Ramos from 8-Maaasahan for talking at our MAPEH session! Weโre talking about how to get all of us to do good hygiene and healthy habits every single day.
Jayden says the best way is to show others by doing it yourself. He washes his hands a lot, brings healthy food like fruits and veggies to eat, and keeps his desk clean and tidy. When his classmates see him doing these things, they start doing them too without anyone having to tell them.
He also says when we all do it together, our class is nicer to be in and we can pay better attention in lessons. Letโs follow what Jayden does and help each other out letโs make 8-Maaasahan a healthy and clean place for everyone! ๐ชโจ

He was the first magna cm laude graduate from University of Philippines College of Fine Arts.
