Sa ating selebrasyon ng ika-123 Taong Anibersaryo ng Proklamasyon ng Kasarinlan (Araw ng Kalayaan) ngayong Hunyo 12, ating isabuhay at pagnilayan ang tema ngayong taon na "Diwa sa Pagkakaisa at Paghilom ng Bayan."

Taglay ng pagkakaisang ito ang ating mga adhikain at adbokasiya sa paghahatid ng dekalidad at mapagpalayang edukasyon para sa lahat ng batang Pilipino.

Education plays a vital role in forwarding initiatives in ecosystem restoration. 📝 Instilling appreciation of the rich biodiversity of the Philippines is one of the ways to deter human-induced adversity. Protecting our ecosystems acts as both adaptation and mitigation strategy in the wake of a changing climate. ❗🌡️

In celebration of International Biodiversity Day (May 22), the Department of Education through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS) and the Biodiversity Conservation Society of the Philippines (BCSP) will launch the Philippine Biodiversity Toolkit for Teachers on May 21, 2021 at 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. through Facebook live at the DepEd Philippines and BCSP page. 🌏🌊🌴🦈🦋🐢🐵
