im not into "fancy" movement coach para lang mag mukhang "amaaazing" ung session.

na first and second training palang meron nang superman punch ๐Ÿ™‚...

and ill make sure na pag tapos ng training natin meron kang makukuhang lesson sa ginawa natin..

From 101 to 70kgs

Isa si Patrick sa mga naunang client ko dito sa AF. He's been to process for a long time.

Foundation phase -> Hypertrophy -> and now Maximal Strength phase.

Ive seen him grow and progress every session, every week and every months.

Before nung unang beses ko mag turo ng Boxing for Fitness. Andun yung mindset ko na "Fitness lang naman"

..so kahit day 1 palang yung client ang dami ko agad tinuturo lalo pa nag mag v-video sila (For the view ika). But sometimes Im overdoing it, na oover look ko yung skill wise learning.

(kaya nag mumuka kaming ewan sa video๐Ÿคฃ )

Minsan yung Basic sa iba na Jab and Straight/Cross Punches ay Advance na para sa iba...

As Coaches andun tayo sa point na gusto natin makatulong sa client but sometimes were doing it TOO MUCH, TOO SOON AND TOO FAST.

Always gauge your client ability to adapt, wag kayo matakot ulit ulitin ang basic. Ang Advance ay Basic din pero mas smooth and Efficient.
