The MSU-GenSan OVCSAS - Job Placement Office invites all graduates, alumni, and job seekers who are currently looking for employment opportunities to participate in the MSU GenSan Job Fair 2026 on August 28, 2026, at the MSU Gymnasium, Fatima, General Santos City.

The Job Fair will provide participants with the opportunity to meet employers from various industries, explore available career opportunities, submit applications, and potentially undergo interviews and on-the-spot hiring. Participants may also avail themselves of advisory and assistance services from invited government agencies, providing guidance on essential government IDs, benefits, registration, and other services relevant to their transition into employment.

At the same time, the Job Placement Office invites companies and organizations with current job vacancies to participate in the Job Fair. Participating employers may set up their recruitment booths and directly connect with qualified applicants and potential employees.

All enrolled students are REQUIRED to pay the Student Insurance Fee (P100.00) at their respective colleges during the enrollment period.

Student insurance provides financial protection in case of accidents and is required for participation in University-recognized student activities, including off-campus activities and educational tours, in accordance with University policies.

After payment, please keep your official receipt or take a clear photo of it for future reference, as it may be required to verify your insurance coverage.

Remember, it is better to be insured and safe than sorry. Ingat MSUans!

To ensure transparency, accountability, and quality assurance in the procurement and production of student organization shirts and other merchandise, all recognized student organizations are hereby directed to transact only prospective suppliers accredited by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Services prior to any bidding, procurement, or awarding of contracts, in accordance with the OVCSAS Supplier Accreditation Policy.

Suppliers seeking accreditation shall submit the following documentary requirements:

1. Updated Business Permit;
2. Updated Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Certificate of Registration;
3. Updated Tax Declaration or other applicable tax registration documents;
4. PhilGEPS Registration (preferred);
5. Documentation of the business establishment, including photographs of the store façade and a location map; and
6. Proof of relevant experience or an established track record in producing shirts or similar merchandise.

Any transaction entered into without compliance with this directive may not be recognized and may subject the concerned student organization to appropriate action in accordance with existing university policies.
