BOOKSan is a physical engineering book-lending center within the Mechanical Engineering Department, providing essential engineering books based on faculty recommendations and student needs. And because BOOKSan means making books more accessible, weโ€™re opening the doors to academic resources that can help you study, prepare, and excel on your next quiz, exam, or problem set.

HOW TO BORROW:

1. APPROACH ANY JPSME OFFICER
Look for any JPSME officer and ask for assistance.

2. PRESENT YOUR VALID SCHOOL ID
Your School ID will be used to verify your identity and record the borrowing transaction.

3. SELECT AND BORROW YOUR BOOK
Choose your reference book. The book will be recorded under your name before release.

4. RETURN THE BOOK ON TIME
Books must be returned before the Organization Office closes on the 3rd day after borrowing.

5. LATE RETURNS
A โ‚ฑ30.00 fee per day will be charged until the book is returned.

Books borrowed on Friday must be returned on the following Monday. If the return date falls on a holiday, declared no-class day, or other circumstances preventing office operations, the deadline will be moved to the next available office day.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS
Lost or damaged books must be replaced with the same title and edition or paid for at the corresponding replacement cost.

Mindanao State University โ€“ General Santos proudly takes the No. 1 spot among 65 universities nationwide, recording the highest number of successful examinees with 11 passers in the KPC Online Examination for the 19th Batch of Komatsu Global Engineer Training.
