Day 2: Building from the ground up! 🪵🌱

Day 2 of our Farm-to-Table Garden project was all about laying the foundation! Our JCEA officers lined up hollow blocks, prepped the soil for our garden beds, and teamed up with Kuya Nelson to set up protective garden nets.

Little by little, our plans are taking root into something we can all be proud of.

DAY 1: Building the Garden Begins! 🍃

From scratch—literally!

A new chapter begins. We are proud to officially launch JCEA’s latest initiative, project 𝐉𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭.🌱

The JCEA Officers came together took "made from scratch" to a whole new level today! Our culinary team rolled up their sleeves to clean out the area, lay down fresh garden soil, shape our flower beds, and secure the overhead net to protect our future harvests.

No ingredients are growing just yet, but the station is officially prepped for true farm-to-table freshness. Stay tuned for Day 2—the best is yet to grow!

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Mr. Kenneth Jay A. Romero, a 4th Year Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management student.
