📚 Shaken but never stopped. The devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake last June 8 may have damaged our classrooms, but it couldn’t crush our determination. LOOK| PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID AND DEBRIEFING OF J.DANIEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHING AND NON TEACHING PERSONNEL

Schools serve as critical pillars of stability, community, and safety for children. However, the educators and non-teaching staff who maintain this environment are often exposed to significant workplace stress, systemic challenges, and crisis events. To safeguard the mental health and operational resilience of the workforce at J. Daniel Elementary School, implementing a Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Debriefing initiative is essential. This proactive intervention establishes a structured framework to support both teaching and non-teaching personnel. It addresses the emotional and psychological toll of their roles, ensuring they remain equipped to foster a nurturing learning environment considering the previous magnitude 7.8 earthquake that happened last June 8, 2026.

The implementation of Psychological First Aid (PFA) and debriefing at J. Daniel Elementary School is more than a wellness reactive measure; it is a critical investment in the school's foundational pillars. J DANIEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is pleased to introduce the ARAL (Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning) Reading and Math Program, which will run from May 6 to June 2, 2026.This initiative is implemented in accordance with DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2015 (Guidelines on the Implementation of the Catch-up Plan for Remedial, Enrichment, and Advancement of Learning) and DM 001, s. 2026, ensuring that our program aligns with national standards for academic recovery and learner support.
